Cacao Nectar Vinegar is our premium Hawaiian vinegar, crafted from the naturally sweet nectar surrounding cacao beans and aged for depth, balance, and complexity.
The result is a rare vinegar with layered acidity, subtle fruit character, and a connection to Hawaii cacao farms. It is excellent for vinaigrettes, marinades, finishing sauces, roasted vegetables, seafood, glazes, and thoughtful culinary gifting.
